Many long time employees shows people Loyalty and longevity are very common with this company. Company does care about being the best at what they do.

Minpunten

Can sometimes seem like a struggle with the growth process. It's hard to keep up. Needs to move beyond the mentality of a small to medium size company, that has grown to a larger company, but still maintains the smaller processes.

OK place for someone looking for a stable job with mediocre pay.

Minpunten

No annual raises, no 401K for first full year, low commission on sales (1%), commission only paid out if monthly sales >$50,000, incompetent management, stuck in a dingy office for 9 hours a day, very minimal career growth opportunities, unprofessional work environment, micromanagement at every corner. I believe any self-respecting employee with a small sense of personal worth should get out of here as fast as humanly possible
