Pluspunten
The environment around the office feels very open and inviting. There have been very few people I wouldn't feel comfortable going to a question with. Management understands that life happens and can be flexible as long as you talk with them about the situation. Great amount of engineering and revit resources and a lot of experience within the office. With the amount of people who have been here 10+ years it shows that there is a lot of abilities to advance your career, however I have been here less than 1 year so it is only an observation. Great office location in downtown Portland. Great support staff within the office.

Interface does a 401(k) profit sharing at the end of the year instead of matching for each paycheck. I prefer the matching for each paycheck into the 401(k) because I know how much I will be getting for retirement. I don't know how much the 401(k) profit sharing will add to my 401(k) and would prefer if they guaranteed a minimum amount they contributed.
