- Positive, fun and relaxed work culture - Great new facilities - Team mates became great friends and mentors - Supportive environment for graduates stepping into their career

Minpunten

- Low possibilities to advance career and 'climb the corporate ladder' - Experience and skills are maxed out after 1 or 2 years - Management is secretive, dishonest and lacks transparency with their employees - Management often turns a 'blind eye' to issues within the office - Lacking a great deal of professionalism within management which sets a bad example for all employees - No personal development - e.g Skills development, technical courses, workshops,etc. - Well below market rate, more transparency of salary bands

Thanks for your comments. For those who aren't aware Intergen runs monthly business updates during their Friday Meetings as well as yearly kick-off meeting. We also run a quarterly feedback process (the "Yell-o-meter") where people can rate the company 0 - 10 and offer feedback. Every comment is taken in consideration and we can't stress enough how important this is for us!

The people, full of passion and they really earn their expert status. The relationship with Microsoft, it's close, closer than they can disclose. The room for growth, great leadership and professional development opportunities. The access to cool projects, you can work on the most exciting projects in the world.

Minpunten

Don't pay at the top of the market. Maybe too much of a focus on Microsoft Don't have a bonus system for regular employees. Owned by an Australian company. :) just kidding
