Pluspunten
I was very entrenched in the culture of Intermountain while I was there for the first 2-3 years. I get like my opinions mattered. I felt like people cared of our program was in compliance. Most of the people I worked with have become lifelong friends because we believed in the same mission .
Minpunten
When the CEO changed, I also got a new manager shortly after. Even though I had over 20 years of knowledge our program, anytime I tried to share that it came into question as challenging the new manager and being able to feel safe in asking questions or sharing ideas was absolutely gone. That was extremely disheartening. The entire culture supports this type of management based on how this situation was handled and I had to leave.
