Pluspunten
Very skilled employees (Intermountain definitely attracts quality employees, especially the medical professionals working the ground floor). Benefits package was good, and offered medical, dental, eye care, 401k, pension, life insurance, etc.
Minpunten
Management at Intermountain, at least in the areas I worked, is not great. There was a lot of employee dissatisfaction because of managerial styles. The interesting thing is, when I was hired in the mid 00's, the place I worked felt completely different. Management was great and employee productivity was at high levels. There was a sort of "changing of the guard" a few years later and the organization went from feeling like a place mostly concerned with the wellbeing of others to feeling like a corporation that was more worried about the bottom line. Another big con was salary. I feel like they paid considerably less than other places for the same or similar jobs.
