I have been with IDR since the start of my professional career (nearly 7 years). You get out what you put in and success is earned. Over time. Over hustle. Over hard work. Management is fair, respectful, and challenging. The leaders within the organization are some of the best when it comes to development and guidance on not only a professional level but also a personal level. The environment is collaborative and inclusive. All individuals are treated with respect and are given fair opportunity to achieve success.
