You could negotiate a decent salary Also, when the job is tough and the job environment is not healthy, people they stick together in a very nice team way. The company sometimes hire people without any experience in the role.

Minpunten

Unfair treatments and unfair benefits differences between employees. For the employees who are not part of the family, this environment can present difficulties (nepotism, showing favouritism to relatives, everyday family drama). Also, the management do not have enough procedures to support the people working in operations. Some department are overloaded with requests and employees do not have enough tools or supports to succeed in offering the clients a good service quality. Finally, I’d like to mention that the boss has reprehensible behaviour with women.

If I need to find some pros, I`m sorry I never saw any pros. salary is okay but nothing special and you need to remind them to pay you.

No Training: The lack of training is a huge issue. I was thrown into the role without any guidance or resources to help me succeed. It felt like the company expected you to just figure everything out on your own. Mistreatment and Toxic Culture: The work environment is toxic. There is a lot of favoritism, and employees are often treated unfairly. Concerns are ignored, and it feels like management doesn’t care about employee well-being. Unpleasant Owner: The owner is rude does not care about employees and is disgusting with women's. Can`t say less about the wife. Managment: It really need to be improved, lack of managment skills and esspecially one of them feels the need to have `private conversation` or feedback in front of the all officee insead to bring you in a private part. The interview process was unbelievable, it was online they took me after 20 minutes from the interview and they pretended that meanwhile I was working for my previous company and I was in holiday I needed to learn all the stuff from the company before starting to work. They also suggest to use Chat gpt to make itinerary for paying people that choose them for holiday. felt the need to leave the company on my first day of work.
