Pluspunten
The company is employee owned by ALL of its employees. Benefits are excellent. They have a great working culture and promote teamwork/collaboration across all offices. They are not afraid to invest in their employees and the latest-greatest, industry technology. I have worked in a few different positions here over the years and the company has been a great proponent of career advancement. Upper management listens to what the employees need and the company is transitioning into a more flexible working environment. Out of all the firms I have worked for, this one is above the rest by a wide margin.
Minpunten
The company currently has a leaner corporate staff which tends to get backlogged. Although, adequate staffing has been a common challenge across the entire industry with the recent growth and tight job market.
