      Nothing to write here, absolutely nothing.

      Minpunten

      1. No job security even for a month. 2. Firing happens almost every week. 3. Worst HR policies, no uniformity. 4. Salaries are never on time. 5. It is a small company run and controlled by old timers without having any knowledge of current technology. *********Never join here, you will live in fear of being fired. Not professional firm at all. Working here will just add some junk on your resume*********

      Pluspunten

      Part of INOAC and Johnson Controls. A growing company at this time. Expanding into the Southern United States.

      Minpunten

      Being automotive manufacturing there are swings in this industry that cause layoffs and overloads of work as the pendulum swings each way. Intertec is part of this system.

      Pluspunten

      While it is steadily slipping away, it still features small company charm and agility with support from JCI's manufacturing base and Inoac's foreign relationships.

      Minpunten

      It has basically become a division within JCI without full financial support and layers of inefficiency that wouldn't exist if it were actually a divison.
