Flexible working hours, analysts all get on well, will take on less experienced staff .

Minpunten

Pay well below average, stressful environment where people work a lot of free overtime each day. No clear career progress, just take on more and more work until they eventually hand you an envelope. Management aren't realistic with how long work takes so not enough time is given, rely heavily on overtime. Management let people drown in their work and then blame them for not coping and offer demotions.

Good group of people in local office.

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
