Minpunten
Put correct people into the correct position, the more jobs you did, the less chances you will learn and get promoted and vice versa, you have to keep working on the same tests again and again, the management team seems never know how to put the qualified and creative people into the correct position, they always tend to put more qualified and efficient employees AWAY from a more important position like LC-MS which needs a lot of creative thinking and strong problem-solving. It is unfair for the young talented employees who wants to earn EQUAL opportunities to learn something new. Just simply due to the fact that you did well in your area like HPLC, GC or Wet-Chem you did every day, that doesn't mean that you like the repeating job tasks and you have to keep doing the same tests you did every day unless you want to leave the company. The low paid and demanding job requirements also prevent the outside QUALIFIED candidates to be hired by this company. Technically, don't anticipate to get any promotion or salary increase or be transferred to LC-MS groups to learn something new, the management team seems never try to encourage the qualified employees to do so, ironically you were called as a trouble-maker if you did so. Whomever has a chance to learn something new in LC-MS, some of them should be able to be lucky enough not based purely on his qualification or merits but on something else that not related with his job experience,so the management strategy is completely wrong.
