Pluspunten
Benefits are nice, PTO plan is good. The manager I was under was a very personable person and was very understanding/accommodating when it comes to schedules. If it wasn’t for my manager I would’ve given 1 star.
Minpunten
-Management is slow to do/act on things -nearly nothing from meetings was written down/recorded/ or when requested to have a write up sent out via email nothing would happen (there was a lot of unfulfilled promises due to this) -labs desperately needed more workers but were put on hiring freezes while sales would get new employees. -lack of communication between departments. -Decent amount of OSHA violations - Lab where I worked in specifically very dangerous to your health, nothing done about it. -management stretched thin, managing multiple labs in multiple states, often in meetings/out of state.
