Everything! This place is work. They did an interview completely through. I am told me I had a job. I started doing task for them almost immediately until I could get my equipment that they were supposedly going to pay for I did task which was right a couple reports on different topics. The check I deposited into my account was a faulty check! And when I couldn’t send a partial payment to them for the equipment I never heard from them again

Home office, work-life balance (not many customers), and salary can be higher than average since they don't get workers and need them desperately, however, at the same time there are not that many tasks to do, and the few ones are not distributed. Old workers don't want to delegate or onboard new employees.

As in many companies, I think all these points depend on the department you are assigned to. This is my experience. They had to replace the whole department because the last employees quit (told by the team leader and the director after signing the contract). Get away from this company as soon as possible, particularly if you are a foreigner. There is no communication at all, no onboarding, basically, everything is done by ordinary mail (post), 0 technology. They are so desperate to find workers that they will take anyone, which is not ideal for a long term project. They hire people without being clear about next year's budget or basic customer acquisition. It doesn't matter if you clarify essential points during the interview process, such as German language skills, experience, and qualifications. You are on your own, without a job assignment for 1 month, since they don’t want to delegate or there is just no task (no customers as already mentioned above). And after that, they expect you to do everything on your own. Obviously, they have a big problem with communication, real expectations, and empathy. There is no team spirit, and they have an old pensioner mentality. The rudeness is general. You can't expect a person who is "new" to the industry to know all the deep issues involved, especially when they were already mentioned in the interview! Start-up hiring mentality, hire and fire.
