      Paycheck, once a week yoga, free Friday lunches, standing desks, nice people

      Minpunten

      Toxic culture that overcomes any pros listed above. Insecurity reigns supreme and comes from the top down. The entire development team quit in early 2018 - and the quitting/firing continues still.

We are grateful for the inputs of each team member whether they choose to continue to run this race with us or move on to other opportunities. Those inputs move us closer to achieving our worthwhile goals. We thrive on transparency and we strive to communicate good, bad, or indifferent.

      Pluspunten

      The biggest pro of working at Intiva Health is the people that you get to work with. All of the employees at Intiva Health are so welcoming and friendly. The benefits and pay are also outstanding! You get 6 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, paid health insurance, 401(k), and an ESOP. The work itself is great and I feel encouraged and supported to make any suggestions that may improve my department or the company as a whole. All employees understand what the mission of the company is and it is nice that we are all working together to accomplish this.
