Pluspunten
Over my 10+ years at IntraFi, I have had the opportunity to grow tremendously, both professionally and personally. What has stood out most to me is that the company does not view employees as static in their roles — it encourages people to evolve, take on new challenges, and expand their impact over time. During my tenure, my responsibilities have grown meaningfully, and I have been given opportunities to stretch into new areas, contribute at a higher level, and develop as a leader. IntraFi has also been highly supportive of my professional development outside of my day-to-day role, including supporting my pursuit of an MBA, providing access to executive coaching, and encouraging continued learning and growth. That kind of investment is not always easy to find, and it speaks volumes about the company’s culture and long-term mindset. IntraFi genuinely cares about developing its people, and for employees who are motivated, curious, and willing to take initiative, there is real opportunity to build a rewarding and lasting career here.
Minpunten
As IntraFi has grown and its reach within the financial services industry has expanded, the organization has naturally become more complex. With that growth has come incrementally more structure, process, and bureaucracy than existed earlier in the company’s history. In many ways, this is understandable and even necessary given the important role IntraFi plays in the market, the scale of the business, and the highly regulated nature of the financial services industry. That said, one of the challenges of any growing company is maintaining the agility, efficiency, and entrepreneurial spirit that helped make it successful in the first place. At times, decision-making can feel more layered than it used to, and certain processes may take longer as additional stakeholders, controls, and considerations are added. This is not unique to IntraFi, but it is something worth continuing to monitor as the company matures.
