The company's mission is good on "paper" mostly but some divisions (AYUSA) honor the mission thoroughly.
Minpunten
Absolutely no support from management or HR, when you speak to anyone higher-up they don't even look at you but more like through you - you are not valued. The work load is impossible yet no manager helps assign appropriate resources. There is no support for growth and development of employees - sure they will send you to training but when it comes to mentoring and helping employees develop, what you are likely to get is a lot of negativity and suggestions that you are nothing but a failure which is what they want you to be to maintain a quick turn-over therefore minimum salaries. After being at Intrax for many years, I was put in a position where my own manager would position people against each other and sit back to watch the drama unfold.
