It seems as though the business has lost a lot of focus. - introducing AI and interrupting the human interaction lifecycle in ways that doesn’t reflect our mission - changing our staff’s schedules and routines on a whim (hiring as remote, then telling them 2x per month, 2x per week to now 3 x per week), this is not great for anyone’s mental health or wellbeing.
