      Great culture, benefits package continues to innovate and improve, 30+ year old start up that is a bit more mature than the younger tech companies in SF and the valley. People have families here and respect personal commitments outside of work. Pushing forward and innovating with machine learning and artificial intelligence. The software helps individuals manage and champion their financial lives

      Minpunten

      Intuit has products that are in highly regulated industries, and its ability to operate and innovate quickly is hampered by industry and state and federal government red tape. Also, Intuit is still working to make its brand more well known, and the general public still don't know us by the name Intuit, but more by our products.

      Pluspunten

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Minpunten

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
