Due to the size of the company, there appears to be opportunities for growth and possibilities to work on a variety of projects while learning different skills. The unstructured time provides additional opportunities to learn new skills and work on interesting projects. The company is very good in terms of caring for the environment as well as giving back to the community through various charitable causes. It is also nice to work for a company whose products are well known by a large number of people.

Most of the time, there is more talk than action at this company. Many people are rewarded or promoted because they present themselves well, even if they produce nothing and add no real value to the company. Management is too scared to make important decisions in case those decisions backfire and they are held accountable. Certain parts of the company are organized poorly and the result is a lot of power struggles and even more office politics. No one is willing to make a decision that might put them out of favor with any of the people that have gained some form of power.
