Only good aspect is Higher pay when compared to other companies in market.

Minpunten

Applies to specifically Tech-PI (BU). Recognition for good work is almost NIL. One-Intuit connect is not present when it comes to this BU. Too much of politics. Assessing work happens on quantity instead of quality.

Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
