The staff level folks are awesome and there are pockets of great management. Great San Diego campus w/lots of environment perks. Benefits and salary are good. Proud to be associated with some of the products.
Minpunten
Complete inability for the company to prioritize its projects. IT forced to "do it all" despite resource overload, and then there is surprise when the results are mixed. Director and above seem to be rewarded by individual achievement, regardless of the team. This is sad, since it used to be all about the team and "I" was never a factor. No longer the case. Team leaders who take pride in their teams and achievements get marked as not having leadership qualities. Morale is extremely low, constant negative feedback is no way to create an engaged team.
