      Metrics horrible 1000 calls and 6 or less bad reviews. You are put through coaching, named submitted to corporate lawyer and constantly insulted in team meeting. If you don't sound American you will fail at the branded greeting , and closing for survey. The only time you are a good person is if you get 12 percent or more on a survey. So out of 1000 calls must get 120 surveys . So I resigned so that I don't have to think about surveys. Managers in Turbo Tax Live - Full Service horrible. Full Service managers discriminate on various levels. Managers at Tax Associate and Leads are nicer and care about you as a person

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Minpunten

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
