      Pluspunten

      My pro is that I get to return to the team I love. i love the fact that turbo tax is flexible and loves it worker. The fact that we are stronger together make since working for TurboTax. It is not easy to work for a company from home and still feel like a family when you come to work.

      Minpunten

      My con would be the software. Please find out what works and stick to it. This is I feel like was one of the worse having leads that not in your pod. I think other leads did not care the way they should. When it comes to training can we get it before we have already start accepting call. Then the training is no use because we already started the phone calls.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Minpunten

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Minpunten

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
