      Working at Intuit's Tax division has offered quite a few advantages. The flexible scheduling allows for a good work-life balance, enabling employees to manage their time effectively. The team structure supports some level of autonomy, giving staff the freedom to innovate and take ownership of their work. Furthermore, the majority of colleagues are forward-thinking and maintain a positive attitude, which fosters a productive and encouraging work environment.

      Minpunten

      Despite many positive aspects, there is a noticeable challenge stemming from a few longstanding employees who contribute to a negative atmosphere. This small group of individuals sometimes hinder the collaborative and innovative culture that Intuit strives to uphold.

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Minpunten

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
