However, there's a lot of territories that have been sold into a corner of sorts and because of the specific targets that absolutely need to be sold the management has gotten extremely picky and will specifically target reps from orgs such as JnJ, Applied and Medtronic to come in and flip the remaining surgeons that they've already been selling to.
