Pluspunten
I've worked at the company for a little over 2 years and for the first time in my career (10+ years in the field), I feel like this is my home. The level of trust and autonomy given to me by Leadership and peers on my team is unmatched compared to my past job experiences. I'm given the tools that I need to ensure that I'm successful in my role and expectations are always clear. I receive a continuous mentorship relationship with my manager. I no longer dread manager 1:1s or performance evaluation periods. I no longer have "Sunday-scaries". My career with Intuitive is so bright and I am genuinely so excited for the impact we'll have on patient care as we continue to grow. I feel very valued as an employee by way of total compensation, but also of the respect that is given no matter your role at the company.
Minpunten
With great autonomy comes great ownership. Be prepared to fully be accountable for your work, which may mean late working nights to accomplish big goals with tight deadlines. Intuitive is not for you if you expect to be a complacent passenger on the ship - everyone is expected to be a crew member. Some situations call for "all-hands-on-deck" and in those moments, it doesn't matter your title and accomplishments. You'll work with your team to ensure the job is done well. At a company that innovates quickly, it can seem as if the wins aren't celebrated enough before the next demand trickles down, but your small teams will help you to celebrate your wins.
