I got terminated without any notice or proper communications. All of sudden your ID will get deactivated. You will not get any reply to any of your emails or calls later. No job security! 3. You need sign on a separation agreement to get your blocked salary, experience, reliving letter. so far I'm fighting to get all those documents and still not received even after 45 days, If you sign the agreement that's all you will lose all your rights to claim compensations. so the only way is to send a legal notice for unlawful termination. 4. If you are ready to fight in the labour court and case at your difficult situation blindly you can consider this company. 5. I was a top performer and received multiple appreciation from multiple customers but still if they plan to do layoff simply they claim you are fired on the ground of performance. without even having any evidence. Reality they will only listen to the management. 6. The company CEO "Jay" will come on a org wide call and ask you to do some certificate or finish some task with deadline without compromising the billable hours. You will be in surviving mode everyday here. 7.Forecefully you will be asked to give good reviews in Glassdoor and other platforms about the company and also they will 100% force you to change your personal linkedIn banner to company's banner. If you are doubtful please go ahead and check any employee linkedIn account banner. 8. Your appreciations doesn't really matter, none of your manager, Practice lead, Director, CTO will address it. But escalations will go in rocket. 9. You will get one designation at the time of joining and expected to work at the higher designation without promotion. Only your teams title will reflect the higher designation not your payslip or offer letter. So now, The choice is yours!
