Where there is a Zoo setup in Ahmedabad and you will trapped in that cage if you don’t choose your career right. Nobody cares for the freshers no training no mentorship no projects in hand no work to do its only the self learning that you need to do. Over here your skills will be measured by the Blog's you write which the company uses for marketing purpose which is not going to be your bread and butter. Whenever you go with an improvement suggestions there will be only one question that "what do you bring on the table" where there is no "table" at intuitive nobody actually cares, where your manager doesn’t comes to the office for weeks and even if he is in the office he never comes out and talk with the people present in the office so what is the purpose of work from office culture ?
