No work from home or company benefit

The leadership in the dev team is great. Very trusting and supportive. I grew so much in the space of a year working there. Quite a lot of creative freedom and very great at feedback and help. So much collaboration between the various teams which makes everyone feel included and valued.

No hybrid working. Office space is very sad.
