Not really a Con but with a Global Company there are meetings at all hours of the day, which is to be expected. Still learning about the company and organization and any challenges and there will always be challenges with growth.

Great benefits and competitive pay. Lots of growth recently, so a lot of opportunities. Good utilization bonus, as well as quarterly. The firm is doing well and I see nothning but great projects starting up, Everyone from management to the various Learning Academy resources have been very helpul and great to work with. The CEO actually cares about each employee and has a great head on his shoulders.

Can get lost in the shuffle of a larger firm that is Global. Being fairly new to the firm, I do not see any concerns that would raise any doubts.
