There are a few pockets of engineering and analytical talent, at the high level they are perceived as replaceable.

Minpunten

Management will say anything, to try and mask the retention and death march issues. Their eyes are only on the next larger contract totally ignoring everything falling apart behind them. They just want butts in chairs.

Great staff (non-executive), competitive salaries.

Minpunten

Politics abound as they grow from a small company to one more competitive. Management cares only for themselves. If you think you are a value and irreplacable, think again. Many senior players (across all divisions) were reassigned, promoted too early, or unwisely kept in their same spot. Most major contracts are fading fast and they are desperate to find others to sustain their growth. No work/life balance, despite saying the contrary during the interview process.
