Everything. No value of staff. Work is piled on you with no reward or thanks, infact, its possible you might get a pay cut! Constant change of senior management so you never know what direction the company is taking. Redundancies always happening. I chose to leave to save my mental health. I told my boss and higher management that i was struggling with my workload and it fell on deaf ears, no offer of help at all. You cant even rely on career progression so the pain of working there really isn't worth it.

InvestCloud is on a great trajectory! Turning a tech company around takes time, but with the new management in place I am very hopeful that InvestCloud is on it's way to becoming a great place to work! I get to work with wonderful, smart people and have faith in the management of the company. Company offers unlimited PTO and has good health insurance options with low copays.

Minpunten

Turnarounds take time, and are not always fun. Hanging in there I am sure will be worth it though!

Poor management, completely unsupportive. They insist they’re right and refuse to listen to new ideas.
