Flexible hours, merit based advancement opportunities, diverse work environment and working side to side with people from around the world. The company has an amazing culture and even higher management is very approachable. There are opportunities for anyone that is willing to put in the time to work hard, learn and better themselves.

Minpunten

Advancement is hard for agents. No job security, projects can end abruptly and people left without work with little to no warning. The pay is result based and depends on the work availability from the company’s clients, as a result there’s no guaranteed income. This doesn’t help people to stay engaged and try harder so there is a low rate of retention. Work life balance is not very good due to the inconsistent workload. No insurance or benefits like most freelance jobs.

I personally wouldn't recommend this position or company to someone else. The projects end very abruptly, often without notice, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and anxiety during the project. Additionally, there's a lack of culture, partially because it's remote and also because of the nature of the projects. They really push for a kumbaya type of cohesion, but it's difficult to achieve given that projects end so abruptly and the turnover rate is so high. Secondly, I've noticed that hiring is often based on whether you're well-liked rather than on your individual merit, how long you've been at the company, or your experience. This is evident in how some of the leadership seems to lack leadership experience. Finally, the pay is fairly low for what the project requires.
