Pluspunten
It's hard to write something positive with the bad outweighs the good on so many levels. I did like that I was working with multiple clients instead of just one or two big clients, but even that's stretching it.

Don't fall trap to the description of the company when you're interviewing. You'll be told about how fun it is to work there. They have a foosball table (that you'll get yelled at for using), nerf guns (that you'll get yelled at for using), and, despite what management says, we very rarely used the "Think Tank" for coming up with ideas (because they could honestly care less about your ideas - and they're not afraid to tell you that... "with all due respect"). Your first couple of weeks will be sunshine and rainbows, and then, management does a complete 180. Be prepared to get a project 99% finished... just to have it ripped to shreds and have to do it over again.... and then, over again.... and then, over again... and then, you'll get yelled at for taking too much time on the project and wasting their money. There's no rhyme or reason to how they go about things. You'll hear, "I've been doing this for 10 years, and how we used to do this worked...." Well, if things worked so great before, why'd you stop? They're obviously not working anymore! With a job here, get used to being insulted, degraded, and talked down to. The owners are disgusting. I wish more people that have worked here wrote Glassdoor reviews so I don't sound like just another disgruntled employee, but you can let the facts speak for themselves - there's a reason why turnover is so ridiculously high in this place!
