I have been working with Iron Systems since 2021 and its a great organization to work with. Org structure is flat and senior leaders accessibility makes it easy to achieve desired results. Company has a lot of IT MNCs as its customers and working with them gives tremendous learning on the job. Company has been following Work from Home and gives freedom and flexibility to its employees to plan their work and day properly thus ensuring a perfect work life balance.
