Of all the companies I have worked with in past, Iron systems is the worst of them all. I have made a big mistake by joining this organization and now I am actively looking for a new job. Here you will find the most unprofessional and illiterate people ever. The HRs of this company are very rude and don’t know anything about the processes. Every time they give threatening to their employees that they will be fired if they don’t listen to them and will also be blacklisted so they won’t find any other job. They are also illegally deducting 10% of our salary every month and every time they say the bonuses are being canceled because the company revenue is down.

Employees who remained loyal through difficult periods expected transparency, recognition, and basic growth conversations, but those expectations were often unmet. Compensation reviews were uncommon, and raising questions about career progression could unintentionally place employees in uncomfortable positions. Sudden terminations and silent offboarding practices negatively impacted trust across teams.
