Company is a consulting company and they are investing in their consultants by giving them trainings and having diffrent technical events where consultants can share their knowledge. If your assignment with the client is finished, Itecor is not terminating your contract but they try to give you training courses and to find you a new assignment.

Minpunten

Nothing special besides the inconvenience of being a consultant.

Itecor is a human-sized company which promotes important key values, cares about people and is committed to provide good work conditions.

Minpunten

Not so many downsides in my opinion. Daily job is also dependent to customers' projects, but nothing to declare for Itecor.
