What in the name of re-org is going on!!
I've been working at Iterable for about 2 yrs now, and it started out really well, but we had a massive reorg followed by third round of layoffs where a lot of good engineers were let go and now we're struggling to keep up the work and responsibilities.
Managers (Engineering / Product) that were hired in the last one year don't know what they are doing and keep relying on ICs to do their jobs. They don't like to listen to transparent feedback about any issues. There’s a ***LOT*** of favoritism and politics and managers are only listening to selective people and opinions, ideas and hard work of others are completely devalued. This company has *HUMILITY* as one of the core values, but surprisingly, you’ll find a lot of people just bragging about how much they know and trying to give excuses for things that didn’t happen and trying to hide their mistakes and dropping blame on everyone else except themselves. And I feel like loosing good engineers just made everything much worse!! :( :( :(
