The newer IT management is a positive step, but upper business leadership struggles to communicate and collaborate effectively with the engineering department. There's also a layer of business side employees whose actual work doesn't match their job titles, which creates confusion, noise and unnecessary distractions for developers - especially when they bypass team managers and go directly to engineers

At the beginning, the salary was competitive compared to other companies, the office was quiet, and the team atmosphere was pleasant. There were also some decent benefits and a sense of stability.

Since the new CEO took over, the company has completely changed for the worse. We haven’t received the annual bonus for two years, despite good performance and higher sales. Salaries are now far below market level, and many extra tasks are not compensated. Management shows little respect for employees and often treats them with arrogance.
