Pluspunten

Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 4:30 20 word minimum... the office is clean. There is free parking. There is modern technology

Minpunten

The boss has little to no social skills. What he considers direct and concise, comes across as condescending and demeaning. In 3 weeks between March and April, he had 3 girls quit, for various reasons. He also only pays once a month, as opposed to bi-weekly, which was not pointed out in the interview. He will assign you a task, and say “see me when you are done” and once you are finished, you go to him, and he announces that he is too busy for you, but if you start something else, you will get “in trouble” but if you do nothing?, same thing. He has very high expectations, but provides little to no instruction or support to meet those expectations. Everyone in the office seems to be terrified of him, and it is such a negative environment.
