where do i even start? management sets the most unrealistic expectations and then blames you when you cant reach their expectations. nothing is organized, everything is a "fend for yourself" mentality. management is very sexist, sometimes racist and just downright hateful to anyone with slightly progressive views.

1) good work and life balance, you can always leverage your spread time to have fun or improve yourself. 2) nice peers to work with, they are very supportive. 3) Good management in the team - people have clear roles to work on 4) Remote work!!

Minpunten

1) Not much career ladder to climb 2) hard to connect and build relationship with your peers since all online

JDPower employs smart, hard working people. Most of the associates want to drive revenue and make the company successful.

Minpunten

JDPower is not fair to its employees, and they really don't care if you've worked hard, produced, and generated strong revenue for them. Their record of treatment and promotions for women is abysmal. Specifically in FSAAS, the leadership does not advocate or care about women leaders.
