Myself, along with a few former employees ran successful accounts, and seemingly watched this company flip on its head within months of starting. Here's the bad side: its sales..hit the numbers, or youre out, several colleagues here mentioned getting a warning along the lines of "hit $X this week, or were gonna have to talk about your future here." only for them to reach said number, and still get terminated, some of which were right in the midst of the holiday season. Management will help you, but only if you're making them money. If you're not making the money they desire, good luck getting the support you need to get there. I think in my extended time there, running a decent-sized account(top 30% of the sales floor), I talked to upper-management less than 5 times, and in total, maybe for 10 minutes. Morals? You'll be told by upper management to "take care of our carriers/ truck partners, they're how we make money" but the first opportunity to do so, they expect you to gouge them, lie, and do anything for more money. This is a company that will set everything aside for more money, including schemes similar to other 3PL's, such as pushing trainees to stay later to cold-call/work on someone else's account without any overtime, and while not required, they HEAVILY push afterhours work, and take note of who doesn't stick around.
