Easy to make friends - You’re given a paycheck on top of commission, so there is *some* financial stability. - If you’re looking for corporate experience, this is an easy opportunity to get it as they will still hire you without previous experience. - If they don’t fire you straight away, you have the ability to make lots of money.

- Most people either get fired or quit before making it to commission due to management and/or their unrealistic expectations. - If you’re not meeting their unrealistic expectations, they’ll tell you you’re the one who’s bad at their job/has no work ethic. In reality they put way too much pressure on recent college grads and refuse to help them meet such expectations. - Management won’t help you unless you’re making money. If you’re not, you’ll hear “figure it out” in response to your questions, or they’ll laugh at you behind your back - Frat house environment where people are encouraged to drink and vape on the clock, blast loud music at 7:30AM, and the like. - Little work-life balance once you have your own account and are in sales. - No work-life balance whatsoever during pre-sales unless you want to get grief from management. You’ll get a hard time if you’re there for less than 12 hours. - Don’t call out during a weather emergency or they’ll blame your work ethic. - They’ll belittle you, but never stand up for yourself or they’ll say you’re “argumentative.” - Micromanaging 24/7/365. From the moment your car pulls into the lot until you’re leaving, every move you make is being documented. - Not everyone is held to the same standards. Some people get a pass, others do not.
