Worst or Absent HR Policy I.e. totally against the Employees, no salary slips, no leave record, no promotion record 6. Very Bad relationship between employees nd Management 7. Very Poor Behaviour with Former Employees when Other Employers asked / enquire about the Employee's previous Record 8. Lack of Skill Enhancement Activities, other areas exposure 9.
