The company is hugely ambitious, with great top level leadership (CEO). This does filter down into the type of people who join, meaning colleagues are great, and make tough times fun and good times even better! This makes it a really fun team and company to be part of, if you're willing to be challenged, say yes to opportunities and be ready to fail and learn.

Minpunten

At times it is hard, hours are long and you can definitely wonder why you are doing the job. The offering we have is exciting, but often you get stuck into a particular niche and it's hard to move out of this.

The pace can be intense during peak delivery cycles, especially when balancing multiple client priorities - typical of consulting/ finance though.
