There were serious issues with how management handled my disability accommodations and workplace safety during my employment. I reported my concerns to HR and strongly believe I experienced immediate retaliation. For example, I was marked as a “no call, no show” on the same day I raised my complaint, even though I had emailed HR, texted HR, and submitted approved emergency leave time online. Despite providing proof of communication, the issue was never corrected, which revealed how deeply rooted these problems are within the organization.
In addition, I was physically struck by another employee (previous management), and the company failed to take immediate or appropriate steps to ensure my safety or involve law enforcement. The way this situation was handled left me feeling unsafe, unsupported, and deeply disappointed in the organization’s commitment to employee well-being.
