Good place to gain lots of experience. Executive leadership is good. Good community programs and company values Good career opportunities if you know the right people and don't engage in petty politics.

Minpunten

Middle management and HR is terrible. Some Sr. IT Directors will grind you up and burn you out.

Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
