Was just told with no notice that we must return back to the office full time, effective immediately. With a sorry but not sorry explanation. Absolutely no advanced notice or consideration for how this transition will impact employees with families or other responsibilities. Plan atleast one Reduction in Force every year. This causes a lot of uncertainty and stress for all of the employees. Starting to feel like a number to this company instead of a real person.
