Good Food. Training is good. that's about it.

Minpunten

Upper Management is lacking in interpersonal skills. They have no experience managing staff. Management does not practice what they preach. Company values are always talked about to lower level employees, but mean nothing to upper management. If you are a relative or know someone who knows someone, even if your work performance is poor....you will never lose your job that is for sure!! NO room for advancement even though they say there is.... and they will say there is.....

The thing is, all jobs pretty much suck. The goal is to find a place to work that sucks less than the rest. For me, Jack Stack was that job.

The money, clientele and my coworkers were fantastic. I’m grateful for the experience I gained while working there, and the people who made it a positive environment.

Minpunten

While there were some good moments and coworkers I appreciated, I feel like my experience was heavily impacted by poor management, lack of communication, and inconsistent support.
