If you become part of good project, there is lot to learn. Good working culture.

Minpunten

small projects (with no real work) and lot of employees so less opportunities for all employees to bag good projects. Hence limited growth. Lot of changes in Management making everything look uncertain. long working hours. Lots of documenting.
